Dumb Justice

The US Supreme Court is allowing the Trump Administration to deport up to 500,000 illegals who were granted an end-around the actual law by the Biden Administration.

In a 7-2 ruling on Friday, the justices lifted a lower court’s order that barred the Trump administration from deporting illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua and Venezuela who entered the U.S. under the Biden administration parole program.

The court’s decision comes in response to Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s efforts to end the Biden-era parole policy that allowed migrants from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela to fly directly into the U.S. and be transported into the interior of the county.

That’s not the dumb part. This is.

[This decision] undervalues the devastating consequences of allowing the Government to precipitously upend the lives and livelihoods of nearly half a million noncitizens while their legal claims are pending.”

That’s Sister Ketanji Brown Jackson, the court’s newest and dumbest Justice. Sure, I’ll explain, using Justice Action Jackson’s words.

President Autopens’ proxies, through a deliberate abrogation of existing law, overwhelmed US cities. By subverting immigration policy, they cost taxpayers locally and nationally billions of dollars. They compromised businesses, increased crime, absconded with local resources, and strained welfare, education, and medical systems.

This was not just the fault of the policy that moved half a million illegal aliens from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, but they are another half a million more than were need.

If no one is above the law, that includes Mr. Biden’s handlers, who ignored it as part of a deliberate displacement agenda. They failed to follow the law. The so-called “migrants “ have not followed the law, and given the Cloward-Pivening of the immigration courts, it is farcical to think that any of their pending legal claims will get any attention from the US court system before the world is supposed to end, according to climate catastrophists.

And while they wait, local taxpayers and all the public resources they rely on remain stressed beyond capacity. Urban minorities were so incensed that a significant number of them abandoned Democrats in the 2024 elections because of this issue.

Brown people said no more, get them out of here.

Mr. Trump promised he would, and this 7-2 decision empowers him to do what the voters wanted.

As for the soon-to-be deported, nothing is stopping them from filing a legitimate claim using the process approved by Congress to seek legal entry to the country. If anyone is confused about how that works, consider the white farmers from South Africa. They did that.

As for Sister Jackson, we are stuck with her dumb justice for many years to come.
