With White House Splintering Over Biden, How Will Social Media Know What to Censor?

The fallout from Joe Biden's embarrassing performance Thursday continues apace. Rumor has it that a large meeting of Democratic donors almost unanimously wants him retired and replaced. Staffers and aids inside the White House have begun leaking unflattering truths to the press, and the press … is publishing them.

From Politico (care of Jeff Childers), an implication that senior White House officials [are hiding] “the bad news from Joe because he throws temper tantrums.” They can’t include anything in briefings that might set him off because “he’s not pleasant to be around when he is being briefed.” And “people are scared shitless of him.”

Biden is reportedly isolated, only taking advice from a tiny cadre of close accomplices (sorry, I meant aids). Everyone who is pushed out, and that’s a big number, is having a broken moment. What the hell is happening, or should I say, how did they let it happen?

My guess is that those closing ranks around our brain-sick chief executive are in trouble if the pardoner-in-chief isn’t behind the Resolute Desk to free them when the indictments rain down.

None of this should be surprising, even to his own family, and yet, for some reason, it is.

Tucker Carlson, speaking in Australia (care of the Russell Brand Podcast), notes that “they” have known about Joe’s dementia since at least 2019.

Kudos for the great points about “western” Democracy as well—I like the “that’s why you change the oil” reference. Speaking of oil, Hunter Biden is almost constantly by his father’s side (allegedly) - to help Joe. Do what? Source the cocaine “found” in the Big House? Round up some prostitutes (an easy job since DC is full of whores). Make sex tapes, get trollops pregnant, and sell access to China (if there’s any left).

Talk about the 3 am phone call scenario. Joe’s been sleeping since 7 pm, and Hunter will answer the call? It’s not a good look without Hunter, and the whole thing has the party, including White House Insiders, taking sides.

Dem Civil War?

Democrats have themselves a serious problem (again) of their own making. They picked Dementia Joe from a crowded and weak bench, elevated him, and likely broke laws to get him elected, and he wasn’t even all there back in 2020. Now it’s 2024, and for reasons not entirely clear, the party insisted none of the decline since the last quadrennial shitshow was going to be a problem. Hide it, we will. Keep it from them, we must.

And you want to know something really funny? Democrats in my state (New Hampshire) ran a write-in campaign to ensure he won a primary on whose ballot his name did not appear.

Biden’s inner circle, obsessed with their job security, fed the media lies, deflected evidence, and made everyone else come along for the ride as a spell was cast upon the hordes of American lefties.

You are not seeing what you see. It is all a fraud perpetrated by Republicans to undermine Democracy.

When it got harder to hide, they called them cheap fakes and deep fakes, and the media stenographers lined up without question, feeding the approved narrative down the political food chain. And now they are all choking on what Tucker reminds us was evident to his family (and plenty of Americans) in 2019.

Which Side, Social Media?

Murthy v Missouri didn’t resolve the question of whether the Deep State violated the First Amendment when it coordinated with Big Tech to censor speech, so we can only assume the Blob will continue to tell them what offends. While troublesome to free-speech absolutists like myself, this offers some succor in the context of the battle on either side of the Biden departure debate.

In whose best interest is which, and what messages will be controlled?

Facebook and Google have algorithms for all sorts of things, but is there one for content suggesting Joe is no longer entirely with us mentally, and in which direction do these algorithms lean?

Does the Blob have a position it can articulate? Trump is a threat to them, but leaving Biden in the race probably guarantees them a President Trump. And while backing Biden might be bad, who might the Democratic Party wrangle, and in what legally logistically challenging manner will they advance them if they support Biden’s exit?

The media is ready to let Joe go, and ‘Staffers’ have started leaking details of Biden’s fragility. The election was supposed to be about Trump, but now it’s not. Who do they censor online, and who do they back before they know who to back?

If Not Biden, Who?

Kamala? Trump will probably win 45+ States.

Other suggestions have included the greasy, used green car salesman from California Governor Nuisance (Gavin Newsom), if only to keep California Blue, perhaps?

To my surprise, Michigan’s Governor, Gretchen Whitmer, has climbed someone’s shortlist. It'd be good for Michigan to be rid of her but bad for America. Still, I don’t think she can inspire the increasing numbers of moderate and center-left economic refugees of the Biden era to embrace the Democratic ticket.

They need something more.

Michelle Obama’s name has tweaked a few hearts and minds, but she hates the whole DC business. She loves the money and attention but not the rest of it. And while she might take one for the team, is anyone who wasn’t already voting for Vegetable Biden excited enough about the Obama years to let Barry back in for a fourth term (this time as First Husband and close advisor—cough, cough)?

As long as he’s not in charge of swimming lessons, you say.

I’m still not there on Big Mike running, but I admit, the replacement list is very weak. They settled for demented Joe in 2020, knowing he’s likely to F it up, right Barry? And F it up, he has. The entire Democrat ticket is on the hook and looking for a way off that can only land them in the pool of Joe’s destructive economic and national insecurity legacy.

The best they can do for now, I think, is find someone who won’t tank the whole ticket on the way to November. Biden has to go, and the Dem Super Delegates will have to agree on a replacement at the convention no matter what the Biden Crime Family thinks, and I suspect Big Tech will go along for that ride.

Those in big Tech who haven’t soured on Bidenomics, which is just an advanced form of Obamanomics.
